i'll have this hair please.

sometimes i think i should start a blog dedicated to hair i wish i had.

the worst thing i ever done.

growing out my hair. 

and yet, i put myself through it every 3 years or so ...

here is my very first growing out process, 2007. maybe i was more punk rock back then or something, cause i didn't mind so much:

sk8tr boy length (the WORST).

then comes the little baby ponytail:

kind of precious right?!

after the little baby ponytail phase, you're good, you've made it out alive.

and it's long and lovely and normal until you get that crazed idea in your head again and the process starts all over again:

but then again, how cute is this hair??? maybe i'll keep it.

no i won't.

that time i went to st george (for the 1,659,954th time).

it never gets old, that st george; even when it is rainy and maybe the coldest you've ever been while visiting, and the heater in your condo is broken, and there aren't any movies to see, and your normal travel companion is in italy.

it's STILL great.

- the five hour drive from salt lake, talking to dad the whole time; never gets old.

bffs

- these red rocks and hiking in canvas tennies; never gets old.

$1.50 at thrift town. beat that!

- getting a lime glacier from larsen's; never gets old.

although i can never seem to eat the whole thing ...

- exploring the white rock amphitheater; never gets old.

actually this is the first time we've done this.

1 all my hairs 2 back to blonde, and short 3 where i've been spending my evenings 4 where i've been spending my lunches 5 easters

i'm bored.

well, it has hit again. that inevitable feeling i get every 6 months or so that i need to change my hair, drastically.  

i've been blonde, platinum, brunette, dark, dark brown, strawberry blonde, reddish brown, and once i even put a purple streak in my hair {bad idea}.

i've tried and tried again to subdue my temptation but then i think why? if i want to go from long red hair to short blonde, i should be able to. 

and that's what i'm going to do. i'm trying to put it off till summer at least spring! but having a hard time resisting. and what with spotting this picture last night i am so missing that short do. so!
